Benefits of Membership

Upon becoming a member, you can get discounts on products in-store and online store (except special or limited-edition products). You may earn rewards such as free gifts and special offers in special occasions. The discounts, complimentary gifts, and special offers you received will depend on the status of your membership and are subjected to Our Terms and Conditions of Membership.

Terms and Conditions of Membership:

Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Membership (“Terms of Member”) carefully before you make a decision. You must agree to our Terms of Member to become a member of Ameenah loyalty programme in order to receive the privilege provided. If you do not agree, we will not be able to provide you with membership privileges.  

To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in the jurisdiction of your residence. We cannot grant you a status of membership if you are a minor. 

We will require your personal information to process your membership and administration purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on how we will process your personal information.  

You are the sole owner of the membership. Only you can receive the benefits and privileges. It cannot be used by, transferred, inherited or given to anyone else.

You are entitled for privileges and benefits of your respective tier the very moment you become a member. Your membership is for life-time period.

Each time you buy our products the amount of purchase can be accumulated with no time limit. 

Benefits and privileges will only be granted upon presentation of the membership card or digital membership card and by the card holder themselves. You may be asked to present a form of identification for verification when purchasing from one of our stores. 

You can move up to another tier when the conditions are met. As you move up tiers you can get more benefits and privileges. 

If, in the circumstances that you do not follow our Terms of Member, we reserved the rights to amend your membership at our sole discretions.

Membership Tiers:

There are four tiers of Membership with Ameenah.  

SILVER:

Spend 10,000 (Ten Thousand) Thai Bahts or equivalent amount in purchasing our products. You will receive 10% discount on our various range of products (except special products or limited-edition products).

GOLD:

Your spending reached 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand) Thai Bahts or equivalent amount in purchasing our products. This can be accumulated spending, starting from the first purchase you made with us. You will receive 15% discount on our various range of products (except special products or limited-edition products).

 PLATINUM:

Your spending reached 1,000,000 (One Million) Thai Bahts or equivalent amount in purchasing our products. This can be accumulated spending, starting from the purchase you made with us. You will receive 20% discount on our various range of products (except special products or limited-edition products). 

ELITE:

The ELITE Membership is by invitation only. 

We may revise the Terms of Member from time to time, to reflect on how to serve you better. The revised Terms of Member will be in effect once posted on our website.
